i like your glasses only the pair i ordered smoke lense i cannot tighten the screw on the arm it is as tight as it can go and it is super loose.

I just received my order of KD?s from Pacific Coast Sunglasses. I have always loved these shades. They fit perfect, like no other sunglasses I have tried, and the price is amazing. This is actually the third time I have ordered from Pacific Coast. I had two pairs of KD?s previously. My first pair slipped off my shirt and got lost in the lake, and unfortunately the arm on my second pair broke off, which was my fault. When I placed my order I put a quick note in explaining the fate of my first two pairs and stated that I had to get another because I loved the glasses and through in a quick ?Thanks for making them guys?. To my surprise when I opened my delivery I saw a copy of my invoice with my note and found that Pacific Coast had thrown in an extra pair of KD?s. I have to say that it made my day absolutely. It is customer service like this which really makes a difference and shines through. I will continue to support Pacific Coast Sunglasses myself with future orders and recommend them highly. Wicked company that has shown they really care about their customers. A big Thanks to everyone at Pacific Coast. All the best.
