I recently purchased 2 pairs of Chill XKDs. There was initially a problem that caused my order to be delayed. I phoned the office and spoke to a very friendly lady so sorry I didnt write her name down and cannot remember it. She was extremely apologetic and sincere in getting my order finalized. She couldnt figure out what had happened to cause it not to be processed on the web site. However she promptly took my order by phone and sent it. When it arrived their were a couple nice items included for no charge. I suspect they were added to my order due to the complication, though I didnt feel it was necessary. I love the products and service from Pacific Coast Sunglasses. I have about 10 pairs of XKDs now. They always exceed my expectations. Though I have had few occasions to have to contact the staff there, they were always top notch in their level of dedication and caring. Pacific Coast gives me a sense of pride and hope for American companies and the future of our country and economy. Love them, love them, and love them!! Thanks for restoring my faith in American business and service.
